So you had a barbeque, but were left with hot dog and hamburger buns. Sure you do not want to have them go to waste, but you also do not have any personal desire to eat any more hamburgers or hot dogs. Well here are a few ideas of how to make use of them, and enjoy these bi-products too.
I bet you could look forward to some croutons, bruschetta, or bread pudding. Good thing, because you can use those leftover buns to make any of those delights. And if you have enough of them, you might try out all of them.
To make the croutons, all you are going to need in addition to the buns are unsalted butter, salt and a mixture of whatever dried herbs you have on hand. And because of this no fuss recipe, I have made it my go to leftover bread plan.
